In 2017, the Provincial Government made it illegal for candidates to receive funding through corporate or union donations, including development companies. Unfortunately those developers, as well as their family members and executives, have shifted to making donations as individuals. I pledge not to accept any donations from developers and will work to increase transparency at City Hall.
